2.2 Begini Capital

Begini Capital offers structured capital management services, including:

• Portfolio management with defined risk parameters
• Transparent performance reporting
• Multiple investment plans with varying risk profiles
• Personal manager support

Investment services are subject to separate agreements and disclosures provided before any capital deployment.

Begini does not guarantee any specific results, profits, or returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, case studies, or performance figures provided are for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as guarantees.

Our educational programs are designed to teach methodology, risk management, and trading psychology. Your success depends on your own decisions, discipline, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control.

For Begini Capital services, target returns and drawdown ranges are projections based on historical data and models. Actual results may differ materially from projections.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and throughout your use of Services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

• Remove participants who violate Terms or community guidelines

Selection decisions are final. We are not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees and Pricing

Program fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. Prices are subject to change for future enrollments. Payment plans, where offered, are subject to specific terms provided during checkout.

7.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our educational services and the immediate access to proprietary materials and live sessions:

• Before Program Start: Full refund available if requested before the program officially begins
• After Program Start: No refunds once the program has commenced and materials have been accessed
• Special Circumstances: Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually at our discretion

For Begini Capital, deposit and withdrawal terms are governed by your individual investment agreement.

7.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly will result in immediate termination of access and may result in collection action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, strategies, logos, and branding associated with Begini are our exclusive intellectual property or used under license. This includes but is not limited to:

• Educational videos, documents, and presentations
• Trading strategies, setups, and frameworks
• Software tools and analytical models
• Community content and communications
• Website design and user interface

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display our materials without explicit written permission.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, strategies, and methodologies shared through our Services. You may not disclose, share, or publish this information in any form without our prior written consent.

Violation of confidentiality provisions may result in immediate termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Begini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for trading losses, investment losses, or any financial decisions you make
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You acknowledge that trading decisions are yours alone, and you assume full responsibility for their outcomes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Begini, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

12. Termination
